January 2026 OpenPore: A low-cost, portable, battery-powered exponential decay pulse generator for electroporation is published by HardwareX and released as open hardware scientific instrumentation. Read Thomas’ paper here.

September 2025 Said successfully defended his MSc thesis on 3D electrodes in PDMS structures. Congratulations Said!

June 2025 Thomas’ paper describing his electroporation method for live cell microscopy has been published in JOVE. Congratulations to Thomas and the rest of the authors!

April 2025 Aaliya and William both successfully defend their MSc theses! Congratulations to them both! Aaliya’s work focused on developing a new method for competitive electrochemical assays and William sought to improve sample preparation for microplastics analysis. Way to go both!!!

March 2025 Aaliya and Kathy’s review article on electrochemical sensing in droplet microfluidics is featured on the front cover of Analytica Chimica Acta. Great work!
